Just a touch over a year ago I saw a video on Facebook that really moved me. It was about kids aging out of the foster care system and never finding their forever home. Can you imagine never having a house to go home to for Christmas or Thanksgiving? Well some kids never do until they make families of their own. At the time I saw this video we were in the process of moving, I was changing a lot of aspects of the business so life was crazy, but I didn’t forget so finally after a year of changes we’ve settled down and I finally contacted Forever Family and 7 Homes. Today I met the most amazing kids. We were doing a spot light on each kid so that future parents can meet these amazing kids and see more than just the front page of their profile (history). And a special THANKS to Triangle Rock Climbing in Morrisville and Rise Biscuits and Donuts at Southpoint who took time out of their schedules and in the middle of their business day to spend time with these great kids and let us film and shoot.
So meet Hayden!
Hayden was an absolute cutie! With an easy with a smile, into video games, and very proud of his very cool black and red sneakers captured my heart. He wasn’t so sure about rock climbing at first but by the end he had scaled the tallest wall! So here’s Hayden!
Anghel is SUCH A charmer! All smiles and laughs and what the dresser! He came for his photo shoot in what most adults would struggle to pull off. This kid has style! This kid has a lot to offer. He’s an awesome kid.
What a sweet girl! With those beautiful blue eyes, amazing smile and a warm hug she charmed everyone in Rise Biscuits and Donuts. She was such an attentive learner as Brian the owner and partner told her everything about this amazing business and Terry taught her how to make some super delicious donuts. And thanks to Brian for feeding this whole crew too! DELICIOUS! I mean this is the real deal chicken. So meet Alivia!
