GENERAL
We offer fine arts portrait photography that ranges from toddlers through your twenties. But our specialty is timeless heirloom pieces turned into works of art to display in your home and hand down to each generation. Specifically Child Portraits, Composites, Horse & Rider and Seniors.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Our pricing varies based on the type of photography service, print and framing you choose. Sessions range from $275-$600. Prints, digital negatives and framing are optional and have additional fees.
Yes, we require a $100 deposit at the time of booking to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. This deposit is fully refundable as long as you cancel within 1 hour of your appointment time.
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle.
SESSION DETAILS
The duration of a session depends on the type of photography. Portrait sessions typically for little people are no more than 30 minutes while horse & rider and senior sessions range from 1-2 hours.
I love using personal items in sessions, especially the Master Portrait sessions. Send me a picture with your child sitting in the chair or on the sofa so we can see how it will photograph. We can chat on how to best incorporate these in your portrait to make them even more meaningful.
I have an array of vintage style clothing in the studio in sizes 1 through 5 for use in sessions or you may bring your own.
AFTER THE SESSION
You can expect to receive your edited photos usually within one week after your session but may be up to 3 weeks in the busier months. For oil portrait paintings the turnaround time is usually 6-8 weeks.
Each fine art piece has a lifetime rating of 100-200 years, truly ensuring each piece as a one of-a-kind and original artwork to be cherished for a lifetime.
We offer fine art velveteen prints, brush stroke canvas prints and fine art hand painted oil portraits by master artists on kodak printed hand stretched muslin canvases. Our oil portrait artists are located in Washington State and Oklahoma and both are commissioned artists with the highest level of competency. They have been hand selected by Diane McKinney through a very extensive process and chosen for their attention to detail and realism of subject matter.
When you choose to purchase an oil portrait from your session it will include high-resolution digital copies of your photos. You will receive a link to download your images from a secure online gallery. If you aren’t ready to make that investment you are welcome to buy the digital negatives separately from your session. Prices are based on the type of session you purchase.
Yes, basic retouching is included with all of our packages. If you require advanced retouching it is included with any oil portrait or larger print. Advanced retouching is also available on a limited number of favorites when you purchase the digital negatives.
OTHER QUESTIONS
Yes, we offer a variety of print options, including photo books, canvases, and traditional prints. You can order directly through your online gallery or contact us for custom orders.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let us know 1 hour minimum in advance via text message. Deposits are fully refundable if you text us 1 hour or more before your session, if you are unable to notify us within one hour you will forfeit your deposit.
Yes, we are available for travel. Travel fees may apply depending on the location and distance. Please contact us for more details
